Aaron Webb

Aaron Webb is a Senior Applied Scientist at Peloton Interactive since December 2023 and has been a Machine Learning Scientist at Visa since June 2021, where expertise includes building machine learning and AI solutions for fraud detection using neural networks, Tensorflow, and NLP techniques. Prior to Visa, Aaron served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Graduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, contributing to over 30 deep learning models in particle physics research and developing custom pipelines for AI tools in physics analyses. Aaron's background also includes work at CERN as a Research Scientist and a Research Assistant at Duke University, with significant achievements in data analysis and machine learning model development. Aaron holds a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Physics from Duke University.
