Ali Sher is a seasoned insights leader with extensive experience in consumer strategy and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Consumer Strategy & Insights at Peloton Interactive since January 2024, Ali previously held key roles at WW / WeightWatchers, including Head of Global Consumer Insights and Senior Director, Insights & Strategy, where efforts supported the brand's evolution into a consumer-centric wellness company. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role at McKinsey & Company, specializing in marketing and sales strategies informed by consumer insights, and contributions at Mission Measurement, where Ali focused on social change and business results. Beginning a career in corporate communications and retail strategy, Ali has a solid educational foundation with a B.A. in Communication and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
