Anna Samuel

Anna Samuel MCIPD has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Anna currently serves as the Director, HRBP - UK & Europe at Peloton Interactive. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and strategies for the company in the UK and Europe.

Prior to their current position, Anna held the role of Head of HR at Whittard of Chelsea from 2009 to 2019. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategies that contributed to company profits. Anna executed various initiatives related to people planning, employee engagement, talent retention, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and more.

Before working at Whittard of Chelsea, Anna served as the Head of HR at Past Times from 2006 to 2012. Anna also held the position of Head of HR at Retail Variations from 2004 to 2005, where they were responsible for HR operations and served as an HR Advisor from 2003 to 2004. Anna began their career as an HR Advisor at Hartwell Plc from 1999 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in various areas of HR, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Anna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

Anna Samuel MCIPD completed their Diploma in HR Management at Oxford Brookes University from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc Joint Honours degree in Pure Mathematics and Geography, achieving a First Class Honours, from Oxford Brookes University between 1996 and 1999.
