Daniel Borakove

Daniel Borakove, Ph.D., is an Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychologist currently working at Peloton Interactive as a Senior People Analytics & Team Member Listening Partner. With years of experience in employee research, they have focused on critical areas including employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Daniel has also worked at Mercer as an Associate and Senior Associate in Employee Research. They are pursuing a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University while holding both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Pace University.
