Previously, they served as Director of Operations and other leadership roles at MAGURA from 2019 to 2024, enhancing quality management systems and coordinating global product projects. With experience as Plant Operations Manager at Ming Cheng Precision Co., Ltd, they drove significant production and sales growth while implementing lean management practices. David also held positions in business development and operations management at Pou Chen Group and AISIN, contributing to internal projects and cross-departmental communication. They are pursuing an MBA at the University of Birmingham.
