Kat Ermant

Kat Ermant is currently the Prototype Lab Lead and Additive Manufacturing Engineer at Peloton Interactive since June 2021 and serves as a Board Advisor for The TCT Group since January 2023. From September 2016 to August 2022, Kat worked as a Design Engineer for Ghana Thinktank, focusing on modular steel tile manufacturing for architectural concepts. Previous experience includes serving as Workspace Supervisor and Workspace Specialist at A/D/O by MINI, where responsibilities included designing automations and consulting on workspace strategies, as well as operating machinery for a creative environment. Kat also held roles as a STEAM Instructor & 3D Printing Coordinator at The Digital Arts Experience and as Digital Fabrication Lab Assistant Manager at Purchase College, overseeing student projects and training. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Purchase College and ongoing Professional Studies in Product Design at Pratt Institute.
