Leslie Baxter

Leslie Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Currently, Leslie holds the role of Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Peloton Interactive since March 2023. Prior to this, Leslie worked at Starbucks for over a decade, starting as a US Retail Recruiter in March 2010 and progressing to various roles such as Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager. Leslie's responsibilities at Starbucks included candidate scheduling and hiring for retail and emerging brands. Before Starbucks, Leslie gained recruitment expertise at Manpower Inc. as a Recruiter for Manpower Business Solutions. Leslie also worked at CRI, where Leslie started as a Recruiting Coordinator and later was promoted to a Recruiting Operations Assistant.

Leslie Baxter attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School, although the years of attendance were not specified. After high school, Leslie went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at UCLA.
