Lisa McBride has extensive experience in both member relations and counseling. Currently serving as Senior Supervisor of Member Relations and Global Program Manager of Sales Operations at Peloton Interactive since September 2018, Lisa received the Idea Generator Award in 2024. As the Owner and Therapist at Vital Growth Counseling & Wellness since January 2023, Lisa also worked as a PRN Therapist at Springstone and as a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate at RISE COUNSELING AND WELLNESS CENTER from May 2022 to March 2023. Earlier roles include research assistant at Sam Houston State University, where Lisa contributed to a project on impulsivity and victimization. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Sam Houston State University.
