Nicolas Webb

Nicolas Webb is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in developer experience and data engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager for Developer Experience at Peloton Interactive since August 2022, Nicolas oversees developer infrastructure for software engineers, QA testers, and product designers. Previously, Nicolas held multiple roles at HBO from October 2017 to August 2022, including Senior Engineering Manager for Data Pipeline and Senior Staff Engineering Lead for Client Build, Test, and Deployment, where responsibilities included metrics ingestion services and build infrastructure for HBO Max. Nicolas also led the Security Engineering team at HBO, expanding it from one to four members. Earlier experience includes a role as Email Postmaster at Amazon Web Services, where anti-abuse strategies were defined, and positions at Mary Kay, Inc., Ariamedia, and Bitmore Technologies as a software developer. Nicolas earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of North Texas.
