Stern is the CEO and President of Peloton. They previously served as President, Integrated Services at Ford Motor Company from 2023 to 2024. Earlier in their career, they led Apple's media subscription services (2018–2020) and held senior roles at Time Warner Cable (2012–2016) and Time Warner Inc. (2001–2004), after starting at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal (1997–2001). They earned a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University (1990–1994) and a JD from Yale Law School (1994–1997). They have been awarded 30 patents.
