William Gambling

William Gambling has extensive experience in technical and operational leadership within the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and COO & Head of Technology at StartSure since May 2022, William has significantly advanced the company's infrastructure and product offerings, contributing to a remarkable 6X revenue growth and high customer retention. Prior to StartSure, William held various senior roles at OnDeck, including Senior Director of Strategy & Operations after its acquisition by Enova International, where key contributions included managing diverse engineering teams and enhancing project delivery processes. Earlier professional experience includes project management roles at Clever Devices and E.W. Howell, along with an engineering position at URS Corporation. William holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and participated in the APTA Early Career Program.
