Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason currently serves as an Audit and Accounts Partner at PEM, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this, Andrew was an Audit Partner at RSM UK from November 2019 to November 2025, focusing on supporting early-stage growth businesses in the life science and technology sectors. Andrew's career includes significant roles such as Director at Price Bailey and BDO UK, overseeing audit and assurance relationships and leading corporate audit teams. Andrew's early experience as a Manager at RSM Robson Rhodes and as an ACA trainee at PEM provided a strong foundation in auditing and financial reporting. Andrew holds a BA Hons in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a qualified ACA from ICAEW.
