Robert Plumbly

Robert Plumbly is a qualified tax adviser and VAT director at PEM in Cambridge, where they have led the VAT function since 2003. With over 30 years of experience in VAT, Robert specializes in property, educational, and cross-border transactions. Previously, they served as a senior manager at Deloitte and as a VAT consultant at Kidsons. Additionally, Robert is a trustee of Meridian Trust and Histon & Impington Community Land Trust, as well as a director of VAT Practitioners Group Ltd. They began their career as a senior officer at HM Revenue & Customs before transitioning into private sector roles.
