Stephen Bartlett-Rawlings

Stephen Bartlett-Rawlings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at PEM since November 2018, Stephen previously held the position of Associate Director in Private Client Services at Deloitte from April 2005 to October 2018. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked as a Tax Junior at Lambert Chapman LLP between May 2003 and April 2005. An alumnus of the University of Wales, Stephen earned a BA (Hons) in History from 1999 to 2002 and completed secondary education at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1991 to 1998.
