Here at Pemberton Surveyors, our goal is to give you the best possible experience and as much information as possible to help you make that all-important decision on the home you have fallen in love with.

We feel that not enough attention is given to the client’s individual needs, and we want to be able to understand what you specifically want from a survey, what your concerns are and then use our experience and expertise to fulfil those needs.

We will provide you with a selection of clearly presented options that are relevant to the homebuyer who is concerned about the condition of a property by supplying you with:

A comprehensive survey
Impartial expert advice
Confidence in your property purchase decision
Competitive quotations
A service regulated by strict codes of conduct.

All RICS survey reports include colour photographs with annotation to illustrate defects.
