A GLOBAL DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY AND AI GOVERNANCE CONSULTANCY

Pembroke Privacy is an award winning, Data Protection, Privacy & AI Governance consultancy with offices in Dublin and London and with a global presence via our membership of Strand Alliance. We provide organisations with the knowledge, skills and resources required to manage their Data Protection, Privacy and AI Governance compliance obligations successfully under the GDPR, EU AI Act and other information privacy and data laws globally.

We provide outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) services to organisations both on an ongoing basis and also on an interim basis. Organisations appoint us as their external DPO to help demonstrate independence in the role, to gain the advantage of a globally recognised team of experts with combined knowledge and experience in many sectors. Organisations may alternatively want us to provide DPO services on an interim basis, eg where an in-house DPO is on leave or a new in-house DPO is being recruited.

We also support organisations managing specific projects, and providing advisory services eg data breach reporting, Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and AI Risk Assessment projects, Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) projects and International Data Transfer projects.

Leveraging our global experience across sectors, but particularly financial services, pharma and tech, and led by a globally recognised expert, Kate Colleary, we have developed best practice processes and project management capabilities that enable us to quickly help organisations with their Data Protection, Privacy and AI Governance challenges. We make the complex clear.
