Mark Takeuchi

Mark Takeuchi has over two decades of experience in asset management and development, currently serving as Managing Director at Pembroke Real Estate since April 2002. Mark has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President and Head of Europe, as well as Vice President and Japan Representative. Prior to joining Pembroke Real Estate, Mark worked at Gap Inc. in Japan as Director of Store Design and Construction from September 1997 to March 2002, and also gained experience as a Project Manager at PAE International and as a Designer at Ayers Saint Gross. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, earned between 1988 and 1992.
