About Us

Pembrook Resourcing specialises in automotive and construction recruitment, working with some of the UK’s leading motor groups, approved bodyshops, garages, and construction firms. We cover all areas of the motor trade — from Service, Sales, Management, Finance, Bodyshop and Parts — as well as key roles across the construction industry, from skilled trades to site management and leadership positions.

Our mission is to set the benchmark for recruitment in both the automotive and construction sectors. That means offering a credible, professional service built on years of hands-on industry experience and in-depth market knowledge.

We take the time to truly understand each client and candidate, recognising that every business and every career journey is unique. By being honest, open, and respectful, we deliver tailored recruitment solutions that focus on fairness, efficiency, and professionalism at every stage.

The success of our business is built on how we operate day-to-day — with trust, communication, and expertise at the heart of everything we do.
