Calvin Strong, MBA, CPCU, currently serves as the VP and Chief Claims Officer at PEMCO, overseeing all claims functions since April 2024. Prior to this, Strong held several key positions at Farmers Insurance, including VP and Head of Casualty Claims, managing claims across 38 states, and VP and Head of Auto Claims in the Central Zone. With a long-standing career at MetLife spanning from June 1994 to April 2021, Strong held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Claims Operations, where responsibilities included strategic direction and oversight for multiple coverage lines. Strong's extensive experience also includes a presidency at the Rhode Island CPCU Chapter and roles at Economy Fire and Casualty Company focusing on claims investigations and settlements. Strong holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
