Chris Champlin

Chris Champlin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and network operations. Currently serving as a Distributed Platform Engineer at PEMCO since February 2008, Chris oversees various system monitoring tools and manages Microsoft Server operating systems and Symantec NetBackup. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Systems Administrator, providing high-priority incident management and supporting production applications. Prior experience includes a role in the US Air Force from July 1997 to January 2008, where Chris worked as a Network Administrator and Communications/Navigation Specialist. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has an academic background in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
