Paula Waters has extensive experience in the insurance and claims management industry, currently serving as a Claims Quality Analyst and formerly as a Claims Supervisor at PEMCO since February 2013. Prior to this, Paula worked as a Claims Analyst and Legal Assistant at Turner Kugler Law PLLC, where responsibilities included medical chronology reviews and legal filing. Additionally, experience at Safeway as a Risk Management-Claims Manager involved overseeing claims operations across multiple states. Paula's career at PEMCO spans over 16 years, including various roles in the Claims Department and customer service. Paula is an alumna of the UW Foster School of Business, having completed the Executive Development Program focused on Leadership in 2018.
