Stephen Dinh

Stephen Dinh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise content management and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and ECM Platform Engineer at PEMCO since February 2019, Stephen is responsible for maintaining the stability and efficiency of the OnBase platform and supporting core organizational functions. Prior to PEMCO, roles included ECM Solutions Developer and ECM Solutions Analyst at King County Housing Authority from July 2007 to February 2019, where Stephen managed system administration for ECM and Intranet software, diagnosed operational issues, and supported user needs. Additional experience includes positions as Applications Development Specialist, Help Desk Technician, GIS Intern, and Help Desk Consultant. Stephen holds a BA in Geography-GIS from the University of Washington.
