Timothy Schilbach is the current CEO and President at Penacity. Timothy has previous experience as a Cyber Warfare Officer with the U.S. Cyber Command and as an IA Project Manager with Executech Strategic Consulting, LLC. Timothy has a proven track record in leading and managing teams of professionals in various industries. Their experience in the field of information assurance ensures that all project deliverables conform to regulatory and internal requisite requirements.

Dr. Timothy Schilbach is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a Doctor of Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Timothy also has a DM/IST from University of Phoenix and an MIT-PM from American InterContinental University. In addition, they have a BIT from American InterContinental University and an ABBA from American InterContinental University. Timothy is also certified by the SANS Institute in GIAC Incident Response and Computer Crime Investigations (SEC504), by the International Society of Automation (ISA) in ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist, and by the International Society of Automation (ISA) in ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist.
