Toni Grimsley

Toni Grimsley is the Director of Operations and HR at Penacity. Toni has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and management. Prior to joining Penacity, they were the Vice President of Operations at Collect Rx Inc, a revenue cycle management company that provides services to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physicians and other healthcare providers. Toni was responsible for the successful management of the revenue cycle, which is a key component to a healthcare provider’s financial performance.

Before their time at Collect Rx, Toni worked for Viant for 16 years, where they eventually became the Director of Support Services. During their time at Viant, they gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in healthcare administration and management.

Toni is a highly skilled and experienced healthcare administrator who has a proven track record of success in managing the revenue cycle and improving the bottom line for healthcare providers.

Toni Grimsley reports to Timothy Schilbach, CEO & President. They are on a team with Phill Nacelli - Chief Technology Officer, Trayci Koppie - Chief Growth Officer.
