Roy Jarman has significant experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry. Beginning as an Intern at Wildish Group of Companies in June 2017, Roy focused on closeout work for a bus transit extension project. Roy then held the position of Associate Project Engineer at Performance Contracting, Inc. from June 2016 to September 2017, assisting project management with estimating, RFIs, timecards, and scheduling. Following a role as Project Engineer at Robinson Construction Co. from May 2018 to April 2021, Roy progressed to Project Manager at Deacon Construction, LLC from May 2021 to February 2025. Currently, Roy serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Pence Contractors starting in June 2025.
