Pendant Capital is a hospitality-focused sponsorship fund, founded by Les Bentley and David Capps in 2022. Pendant manages capital on behalf of its Principals and Limited Partners with the objective of generating long term value through targeted investments in hotels where its industry experience and knowledge will provide a distinct competitive advantage. 

Pendant’s core skill sets of acquisitions, asset management, operations, procurement, and revenue management allow it to source, underwrite, execute, and manage investments in an efficient manner. This broad skill set enables it to execute on a variety of strategies including, operational improvement, rebranding, renovation, and repositioning.
