We move generations forward. We nurture generations forward. We inspire generations forward. We are Pendleton Square.

Pendleton Square is a Tennessee-chartered trust company providing independent, non-investment trustee administration and advisory services to families. We align with the family’s trusted investment advisor, estate planning attorney, and tax advisor resulting in a strategic partnership and conflict-free focus on the unique needs of the family.

Pendleton Square's senior team serves as a steward to guide generations forward and provide an unsurpassed client experience. With over 250 years of industry experience, our team has deep expertise in both traditional and non-traditional assets, such as closely-held businesses and real estate. In addition to our core trust and estate administration services, we assist private family trust companies and private family foundations with strategic and operational support, and provide select family office services such as legacy planning and family education.

Tennessee is a leader in progressive trust legislation and one of the top states to establish and maintain a trust, as well as a favored jurisdiction for the formation of a private family trust company. Pendleton Square has offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Memphis, Tennessee, and in Scottsdale, Arizona and Atlanta, Georgia.
