Simon Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Simon began their career at 3P Learning in 2011 as a Data Entry Clerk. Simon then moved up to become an Education Consultant from 2012 to 2014 and later a Regional Manager from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Simon joined IndustraCom as a Digital Marketing Advisor for a brief period before transitioning to Matific as a Regional Manager from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Simon is working at Pendula, starting as a Delivery Manager from 2019 to 2021 and then transitioning to their current role as a Customer Success Manager from 2020 onwards.

Simon attended Academy Xi from 2018 to the present, where they pursued a degree in User Experience Design, specializing in UX.

From 2011 to 2012, Simon attended the University of Technology Sydney, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BComms (Media Arts and Production).

Prior to attending university, Simon completed their secondary education at St Paul's Grammar School from 1998 to 2010. Simon earned an International Baccalaureate.
