It is also well regarded for handling some of the State’s largest agri-food transactions across dairy, protein (meat) and water; and, for establishing a land management business to acquire and rehabilitate pine plantation properties coming to the end of their production cycle which has resulted in the acquisition and remediation of almost 5,000 hectares of farm land.

In addition to providing clients with investment opportunities, Pendulum Capital and its partners are also prominent, long-term investors in these sectors and is able to co-invest with clients. Most recently, Pendulum Capital established a new agri-food investment vehicle, PenAgri Group Pty Ltd, with a group of Ausralian investors which has acquired over 11,500 hectares of farmland and is focused on grain and sheep farming as well as carbon sequestration.
