Founder and director Olivia Warne has over 18 years’ industry experience, spanning the UK and Australia, working across advertising, events, PR, marketing and sponsorship. Starting her career at Hilton Hotel’s head office in London, she worked as an integral part of the communications team, managing strategy for over 3000 hotels globally to the UK media. This included the hotels individual bars and restaurants, spas, gyms, products and F1 racing partnership. 

Making the move to Sydney in 2009, Olivia spent a year getting to know the Australian PR and media industry inside and out before setting up her own agency, Pendulum Communications. Olivia is known and respected for her extensive understanding of the media, strong relationships and contacts with premium media in the lifestyle and hospitality space, honest and proactive approach, and her ability to become a valued and integrated part of each of her client's teams.
