Fran McIntyre

Fran McIntyre is the Founder and Managing Director of Pendulum Dependent Care Solutions, established in January 2016, which specializes in advisement and consulting for Human Resource and Work-Life professionals, focusing on optimizing dependent care benefits. Prior to this, Fran served as a Consultant from April 2014 to 2015 in the work-life and early childhood education sector and founded Childrens Creative Learning Centers, where innovative early education programs were developed for employers nationwide between April 1992 and April 2014. Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Developmental and Child Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in June 1990.
