They hold a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and have an extensive background in nutrition research, education, and communications, including roles as an adjunct professor and program coordinator at Pepperdine University. Taylor's expertise encompasses critical nutrition topics such as the gut microbiome, cognitive health, and dietary guidelines.
