From June 2023, Karlin has been working as a Principal Product Manager at Pendulum.
In November 2022, Karlin took on the role of Co-Chair of the Product Committee at OIX Association, a position that they still hold.
From December 2022 to June 2023, Karlin worked as the Director of Intelligence & Analysis at Seerist.
Prior to that, from October 2021 to October 2022, Karlin served as the Co-Founder & CEO of FireFlyht.

From July 2015 to September 2016, Karlin worked as an Associate at Lafayette Group.
From October 2014 to July 2015, they served as a Program & Policy Analyst and Acting State Point of Contact at the WI Department of Justice.
Lastly, from January 2010 to October 2013, Karlin worked at Control Risks as a Consultant in Global Risk Analysis and as an Associate Analyst.
Karlin Younger completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 2002 to 2006. They later pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Comparative Government at the University of Oxford, from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Karlin obtained certifications in mentoring from Mentorloop in August 2022 and in foundations of humane technology from the Center for Humane Technology in June 2022.
