Mark Listes

Mark Listes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Pendulum. Prior to their current position, Mark served as the Chief Strategic Advisor at NSIN from December 2018 to April 2020. Before NSIN, Mark was the Executive Director at Revive My Vote from September 2013 to September 2016. In this role, Mark was responsible for sales and internships at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from May 2013 to August 2013. Mark also served as a Campaign Staff member for the Tennessee Republican Caucus from June 2012 to November 2012. Mark began their career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission in May 2015 and later became the Program Management Specialist (Attorney Advisor) in September 2016. In August 2017, they were promoted to Director of Policy (Attorney Advisor).

Mark Listes attended Christian Brothers High School Memphis and graduated with a high school diploma. Mark then attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and earned a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Political Science. Lastly, they attended William & Mary Law School and earned a Juris Doctor in Law.
