Lily Upot

Lily Upot is an experienced operations professional currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Penfold since February 2022, previously holding the role of Operations Associate. Prior to this, Lily worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Taco Mako, managing social media content for a family-owned food truck. Experience also includes a position as a Selling Partner at John Lewis & Partners, which enhanced customer service and communication skills. At the University of Leeds, Lily was the Publicity/Social Media Secretary for the East Asian Research Society, managing social media initiatives to promote events. Earlier experience includes serving as a Gap Teacher at Epsom International School in Malaysia, teaching various sports and assisting in classroom settings. Lily holds a BA in Chinese and Philosophy from the University of Leeds, with additional education at Beijing Normal University and Epsom College.
