Christopher Baker

Christopher Baker is an experienced HPC Technical Lead at Penguin Solutions, managing a team of HPC Linux System Engineers and overseeing large-scale projects involving clusters with over 1500 nodes and 130,000 cores. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions, including HPC Systems Architect, Linux Systems Administrator, and IT Consultant, where efforts focused on enhancing HPC environments and implementing innovative solutions. With a significant tenure at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Christopher advanced HPC capabilities across multiple continents, developing and managing clusters utilized by hundreds of engineers and researchers. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Toledo.
