James Gilbert

James Gilbert has a diverse work experience in the legal field. James started their career as a paralegal at PHH Solicitors in 2011 and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined Zenith Lawyers LLP as an employment lawyer and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Napthens LLP as an employment lawyer and remained there until 2019. Currently, they are working at Peninsula UK, where they have held multiple roles such as Senior Litigation Consultant, Lead Litigation Consultant, and is currently serving as the Head of Litigation since October 2022.

James Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from The University of Salford from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Level 6 Graduate Fast Track in Law from CILEX Law School, completing it in 2017.
