Matthew Hope

Matthew Hope is currently the Director of Intelligence and Customer Success at Penlink, a position held since 2026. They previously served as the Intelligence and Customer Success Team Lead for Northwest Europe at the same company. Matthew has extensive experience in the intelligence field, having worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the Royal Air Force from 2016 to 2019 and as an Operational Mentor for ATMIS from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, they were a Royal Marines Commando for a decade and later worked as a Security Consultant at Blue Hackle LLC from 2013 to 2015. Matthew is also pursuing their education at Staffordshire University since 2019.
