Alexander How

Alexander How serves as the Operational Excellence Lead at PennEngineering® since June 2021, following a comprehensive rotational development program that included roles as an Applications Engineer in Galway, Project Manager in Toms River, and Manufacturing Engineer in Danboro. Prior experience includes a Learning Factory Internship at Penn State College of Engineering, where Alexander contributed to market research and curriculum redesign, as well as participation in an online mentorship program with Air Liquide due to a canceled internship. Additionally, an Operational Excellence Internship was completed at B. Braun Medical, and Alexander gained early work experience as a Caddie at Saucon Valley Country Club. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2021.
