Caryn Dashukewich

Caryn Dashukewich has extensive experience in human resources, having held various senior positions in well-known companies. Caryn is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PennEngineering. Prior to that, they spent nearly a decade at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. During their time at Olympus, they also held the positions of Executive Director of Human Resources for the Medical Systems Group and Director of Human Resources for the same group. Before joining Olympus, Caryn worked at Agere Systems as a Director of Human Resources for eight years.

Caryn Dashukewich completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, from the year 1989 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University, from 1995 to 1998.
