David Topelberg

David Topelberg, CISSP, currently serves as the Risk and Compliance Lead at PennEngineering® since November 2022. Previously, as the Director of Global Cyber Security at PCI Pharma Services (2020 - January 2023), David developed a comprehensive information security management program, significantly enhancing cyber resilience and aligning organizational policies with the NIST framework. As Vice President of Information Technology at Innovairre (2018 - 2019), David defined the global information security program while managing a 12-person team. Earlier in career at ModSpace (2004 - 2018), David directed IT operations with a sizable budget and team, establishing an effective cybersecurity program. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Business Computer Systems from the UNM Anderson School of Management, a CIO Pocket MBA Certificate from Boston University, and further education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
