Emma Stapleton

Emma Stapleton is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data science and strategic insights across various industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Analytics Manager at PennEngineering® since July 2025, Emma previously held the position of Director of Data Science & Soccer Analytics at Major League Soccer, where leadership and mentorship of a team were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior Data Scientist at Actium Health, where advanced data science techniques informed product development, and at Predictive Solutions, where enterprise analytic solutions were designed to mitigate safety risks. Emma began the career at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Senior CRM Analyst, focusing on marketing effectiveness and customer behavior insights. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh.
