Shawn Eads

Shawn Eads has extensive work experience in IT leadership roles. Currently, they are the Chief Information Officer at PennEngineering®, where they contribute to the company's strategy and planning process, oversees IT operations, and develops digital business strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Officer at JEA, where they led the Technology Services organization and positioned the company as a digital innovator in the utility industry.

In their previous roles at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, Shawn held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of IT Programs & Business Development, Senior Director of IT ERP Order, Ship, Bill, and Senior Director of IT Predictive Analytics, Technology & Product Management.
