Susan Bischer

Susan Bischer is an experienced quality engineer with a diverse background in quality management and production. Currently employed at PennEngineering® since October 2005, Susan manages the corrective action response process and validates customer complaints against manufacturing standards. Prior experience includes roles as a production manager and tee buyer at adidas, where Susan managed the purchasing process, and as a quality control lab manager at Carolina Narrow Fabric, overseeing compliance with ISO 9002 and GMP standards. Previous positions also include quality assurance manager and documentation specialist at Guilford Mills Inc and Carolina Narrow Fabric, respectively. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles from North Carolina State University.
