Customer Operations Manager

Ryan Fehr has extensive experience in customer operations and clinical support roles. Currently serving as Customer Operations Manager at PENN Interactive since November 2020, Ryan has progressed through various positions including Bet Operations Supervisor and Senior Bet Ops Analyst. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Retreat Behavioral Health as a Clinical Aide, where responsibilities included managing admissions and assisting with patient care. Earlier experiences include a role as Clinical Aide at AKUA Mind & Body and Purchasing Manager at Atlantic Track & Turnout Co., focusing on railroad material procurement and inventory management. Ryan began a career in customer service as an intern with the Reading Fightin Phils, handling ticket sales and organizing community events. Educationally, Ryan holds a degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has furthered studies at Orange Coast College.
