Tracy Griffith

Tracy Griffith has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are employed at Penn Mutual as a Director of Financial Operations, after previously serving as a Director of Financial Architecture and Director of Business Architecture. Prior to joining Penn Mutual in 2010, Tracy held roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager. Tracy also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting for seven years. Tracy's expertise extends to education as well, having served as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey in 2003. Tracy began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin and later served as an Information Management Member at AT&T.

Tracy Griffith completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey in 1991. Tracy went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Information Science & Technology at Drexel University from 1996 to 2000.
