Brian Patchcoski

Brian Patchcoski currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Student Access, Community, and Success at Penn State University, contributing significantly to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in student affairs. In previous roles, Brian served as the Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and as the Director of the LGBTQA Resource Center, providing vital education, support, and advocacy across multiple campuses. With a strong background in leadership positions at institutions such as Cornell University and Dickinson College, Brian has extensive experience in establishing and enhancing programs focused on sexual and gender diversity, campus climate assessment, and inclusion within higher education. Brian has also facilitated significant outreach and educational efforts related to LGBTQ+ issues, supported by educational qualifications including a Master of Education from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton.
