Chris Small

Chris Small is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, procurement, and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at both Penn State University and DeSales University, Chris instructs undergraduate and ACCESS Program courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management through hybrid learning. In a dual role at Axalta Performance Coating, Chris leads the strategy development and execution for Monomers and Tolling in North and South America. Previous roles include a Senior Manager position at Etain Group/Lifescan, where Chris negotiated indirect procurement contracts, and a Director position in procurement and sourcing systems at Knoll, overseeing substantial sourcing strategies and system implementations. Chris holds an MBA in Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Penn State University.
