Christopher Ortiz

Christopher Ortiz possesses extensive experience in outdoor education and team development, currently serving as the Director of the Shaver's Creek Team Development Center at Penn State University since January 2016. Ortiz has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as the Vender Accreditation Panel Secretary for the Association for Challenge Course Technology from 2011 to 2022, and as Past Chair of the Northeast Regional Advisory Council for the Association for Experiential Education from 2009 to 2016, where notable contributions included workshop coordination and conference convening for multiple events.
