Christopher Weber

Christopher Weber is an experienced volleyball coach and mental health professional with a robust background in program development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head Volleyball Coach at Penn State University since May 2025, Christopher is focused on building a satellite volleyball program and cultivating team culture. Previously, Christopher held coaching positions at East Coast Power Volleyball, Solebury School, and Lehigh Carbon Community College, where significant achievements included rebuilding programs and fostering skill development. Alongside coaching, Christopher's experience as a Mental Health Therapist with KidsPeace and Delaware Valley Residential Care underscores a commitment to supporting individuals with traumatic experiences. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and dual bachelor’s degrees in Social Studies and Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
